And here's an update. Well, the only one that matters...
My boyfriend has been in the Dominican Republic for the last 9 days.
At 3:00 this afternoon, he called me from New York.
He will be in the same town as me in approximately 5 hours.
Is this countdown pathetic? Probably.
Do I care? Not even a little bit.
Oh, also of note, I am no longer unemployed.
I feel real good about that.
I'm a waitress, which I feel less than okay about, but I'm willing to flirt with drunk old men for tips.
So that's pretty great.
